What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through our contact, quotation and spare parts forms. This can include your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, vessel and voyage details, the services or parts you ask about, and your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, by email or WhatsApp.
- To arrange the port call and maritime services you ask us for. This can include sharing vessel and voyage details with port authorities, agents and suppliers where needed.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
We process this information on the basis of your request (steps taken before entering into a contract), our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and your consent where we ask for it. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle them and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
